TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective date: November 3, 2026
These terms apply to your use of ElectionValidation.com (the “site”), operated by ElectionValidation.com (“we”, “us”). By using the site or submitting the form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What this site is, and what it is not
- The site is a privately operated citizen petition and voter-experience survey. It is not a government website and is not affiliated with any election office, political party or candidate.
- Submitting the form does not cast, change, confirm or cancel a vote, and it has no effect on your voter registration or on official election results.
- The site is not a way to report problems to election officials. To report a voting problem, contact your county or state election office, or the nonpartisan Election Protection hotline at 866-OUR-VOTE (866-687-8683).
2. Who may use the form
You may submit the form only if you are at least 18 years old, you live in the United States, and the information you submit is about yourself. You may submit the petition only once.
3. Your responsibilities
- The information you enter must be true, accurate and your own. You must not submit information on behalf of another person or pretend to be someone else.
- You must not submit the petition more than once, use automated tools to submit the form, or try to interfere with the site’s operation or security.
- Your typed name in the “Sign Here” field is your electronic signature. You agree that it has the same effect as a handwritten signature on the petition.
We may remove any submission that appears to be duplicate, false, automated or abusive.
4. Use of your submission
By submitting the petition, you authorize us to present it to elected members of your state legislature by email or other delivery method, and to include your submission, without identifying you, in totals and summaries. How we handle your personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
We cannot guarantee that any official will receive, read or act on the petition, or that any audit, review or other outcome will result.
5. Content on the site
Candidate lists are compiled from public sources and are provided for convenience only. They may contain errors or omissions; your state’s official sample ballot is the authoritative source. The site’s design, text and graphics belong to ElectionValidation.com or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
6. Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ElectionValidation.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
